Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card or direct debit and this is charged monthly via Stripe. Customers who prefer to purchase through our sales representatives can opt to pay via an annual subscription invoice.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely, we utilise global payment leader Stripe for processing payments and do not store any of your payment data directly. Stripe ensures PCI certification, holds a money transmitter license and is FDIC insured.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, our plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice prior to the renewal term.
How can I manage my Account?
Your system administrator is able to update Account email and Stripe payment details from their user profile in the software.
How do I get my subscription receipt?
A monthly invoice is issued to your accounts email setup via your system administrator’s user profile in the software.
What support do you provide?
We provide 24/7 support via our Knowledge Base and software fast-track capabilities. Severity 1 issues are monitored and addressed 24/7 and communicated via our Status Page. Other issues are supported during normal business hours.
Can I get the software implemented for me?
Full professional services can be provided, including via our partners, and this is tailored to your specific strategic asset management needs.
How do you secure your software?
We take data security and privacy seriously. Authentication can be locked to your organization’s O365 auth / IDP. Our security policies and procedures are aligned to SOC2 and our software is regularly tested for vulnerabilities.
Where does your software run and data get stored?
We provide several AWS regional deployments, including US/CA/AU. The desired region for your Account can be specified during the signup process. All data in encrypted at rest and in transit.
